I study the design of information mechanisms and economics of digitization, drawing theory-driven insights from large-scale datasets from industry collaborations. More specifically, my latest research focuses on designing trust systems on e-commerce platforms and on quantifying the economic impact of nascent technology in different fields.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Area at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, a research affiliate at CESifo, a digital fellow at the Stanford University Digital Economy Lab, a researcher at MIT Cryptoeconomics Lab, and a research fellow at Fintech at Cornell. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Ohio State University, and before joining WashU, I was a postdoc at MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy.
